Hampstead Wellbeing helps individuals and organisations find holistic tailored solutions to mitigate burn out and stress. We create a map, train and manage your culture of rest and renewal. Our Wellness Facilitators assess your needs and find what you need whether a weekly yoga class or periodical wellness assessment at your home/office. We can support by finding individual coaching; to group coherence activities; building office morale and increasing productivity. We facilitate bespoke services to support sabbaticals, refreshing staff for returns to work and workshops for ongoing support with our network of wellness providers.

Hampstead Wellbeing runs annual ladies only residential Self Appreciation Journeys yoga retreat for self-love in Dordogne, France for seven days. We believe in empowering women to be the best version of themselves and that sometimes a rest and reconnection with the inner self is needed. The seven day retreat offers total peace and relaxation for those seeking to take a break from the rigours of modern life, allowing connection with oneself, with nature and with the universe.
The retreat is situated in the Périgord Vert, the northern region of the Dordogne, so named because of the lush green woodlands and meadows. The area is one of unspoiled vistas, hillsides, rivers and forests.
Focusing on emotional, mental and spiritual wellness, relaxation, tranquillity and rejuvenation, the retreats will include yoga, self-love workshops, meditation, woodland walks, exclusive use of the outdoor salt-water swimming pool and sun terrace, with additional options for fitness classes and massages see.

We offer term time weekly in-person Hatha Yoga classes in Hampstead. Hatha yoga is a holistic practice that dates back thousands of years, systematised by the sage Patanjali. It explores how we relate to the world around us. Hatha cleanses and purifies the body in preparation for spiritual enlightenment using a combination of meditation, mudras, Pranayama, mantras and asanas.
Maximum spaces per class 10 people to ensure each student is supported. We are community oriented, putting the people and their practice first.
